JOYFUL MIND ZENDO IS LOCATED IN THE LOWER LEVEL OF ROCKVILLE UNITED CHURCH, 355 LINTHICUM DRIVE, TWINBROOK, MD. ENTER THE ZENDO THROUGH DOORS AT THE BACK PARKING LOT— OR PARK IN THE FRONT AND WALK THROUGH THE GARDEN TO THE BACK DOOR. LOOK FOR SIGNS.

ARRIVE EARLY TO FIND YOUR SEAT OR TO REQUEST BEGINNER ZEN INSTRUCTION. IF YOU ARE LATE, SIT IN THE WAITING AREA UNTIL THE NEXT BELL SOUNDS. SOMEONE WILL COME GREET YOU.

Our Zen forms and protocols follow an ancient tradition. We offer bows and incense in gratitude for this meditation time together. We offer chants to open our hearts and voices in harmony. We remove our shoes in respect for each other. We pay attention! This is Zen Practice.
